Refund policy

For Returns

You must inform us within 3 days of delivery of the product.

Please send us an email to byvandy2@gmail.com with order no and attach an image of the piece purchased.

Please ship the mentioned products to the address below :

House of Vandy, 2nd floor-shopping complex, 3rd Cross Road, Panampilly Nagar, cochin-682036, Kerala, India

The cost for shipping the product back to us is to be borne by you. We will take care of the shipping the correct size or resized product to you.

Please ensure that the product is in its original condition and packaging. Item(s) which show signs of wear and/or being worn before will not be eligible for returns or exchanges. Please return all original invoices or receipts you have received from us.

House of Vandy Reserves the right to decline the exchange if any damage or signs of wear are found upon our company inspection.

As a company policy we do not provide refund on any product sold. If there is any problem with sizing or any defect we will happily provide you with a replacement.

Refunds may be provided in special cases with prior approval from the HOV team. 
Please be aware that:

  • Courier charges will be deducted from the total refundable amount.
  • If the order includes multiple items, the courier charges will be divided proportionally among the items, and only the applicable portion will be deducted for the item(s) being returned.

Please Note: All custom made orders are non-returnable.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

There is a lot of hard work and love that goes behind each piece that goes out of our studio. We make sure that each piece is well made, is inspected for any defect and packaged with a love before sending it to our customer. However sometimes things don't work out, and in such cases we are happy to help you get that perfect outfit for you.

If you'd like to exchange or return your outfit, please write to us at orders @byvandy2@gmail.com with your order number and reason for exchange/return within 3 days of receiving your order. Our team will get back to you with the exchange/return procedure. Please follow the steps and ship the product back to us within the timeline stated. 
In case of credit note purchase, the customer will have to bear the shipping cost


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
